Torsion test: It mainly tests the toughness of the wire. The better the toughness, the more twists it can withstand. An important disadvantage of ordinary aluminum wire is its brittleness. Bending test: It mainly tests the bending resistance of metal. Uneven or brittle materials have poor bending resistance.

According to GB/T12706, the bending radius of copper cable is 10-20 times the cable diameter, and the bending radius of aluminum alloy cable is 7 times the diameter of the cable. Using aluminum alloy cables can reduce the layout space, make it easier to lay, and reduce installation costs.

4.Aluminum alloy cable resilience performance

It has been proved by practice that when copper and aluminum cables are bent 90 degrees at room temperature, the springback angle of the aluminum cable after the stress is released is 60% of copper cables. Since aluminum wire has no memory, its resilience performance is better than copper core cable. During the installation process, the terminal connector is easily pressed down, which increases its sealing and improves the stability of the connection.
